How do I change an ECP printer Port to a normal Printer port?

Go to the Bios and search for the printer-port properties (normally under integrated perigherals). You should be able to set Transfer mode, port/IRQ and DMA channel there. Switch transfer mode to SPP for normal printer port or EPP 1.7/1.9 for bi-directional use.
