the guy paid a month after the auction ended. I filed a non paying bidder, now I want to cancel it.. hoW?

Don't worry about it. It's used as a warning to the bidder to pay, anyway

The NPB isn't important, as long as you didn't claim the final value fee back.

Besides, if he took a month to pay, you have a right to file a NPB and claim your FVF back. After a month, I know I would.
