Yes BigZoo/OneSuite rock!

Anytime ATT calls me I tell them that I have a better rate than anybody else and they ask what I'm paying and I tell them. Then they say "Thank you" and hangup. Nobody beats bigzoo. Nobody!!!!! Also we used to have very rare problems with them (maybe for a few hours it says your password is wrong) but recently we don't. I've been using bigzoo religiously for over a year and will continue to do so.

Willingly. I have two brothers and one just moved from Japan to singapore and my younger one is going to France to teach english (just finished university and needs to dick around) in October, so of a family of 5 we'll be in 4 countries and 3 continents!

btw, singapore has no city code.
so the calling number is 011-65 xxxx-xxxx (some numbers are eight digits)
