How do I burn tracks

I have several sermons from my school chapels that I want to burn. However they are large undivided mp3s. I want to put tracks in every 5-6 minutes so that I can skip to a certain spot but I do not know how. I use Nero. Any help on how to do that would be greatly appreciated.
