How do I bring back Windows XP's default theme?

As I was tweaking my computer upon restarting windows xp's default theme mysteriously took itself off and now my computer looks like this!

I can't seem to find the default XP theme w/ the bubbly blue taskbars and such... anyone have any idea how to bring it back?

no it's on windows classic style, and strangely there's no other options for windows and buttons... argh, what have I done!?
 
Right click on My Computer and select properties. Select the Advanced tab, and clink on settings. Your PC is more than likely set on Adjust for best performance; you want to be on Adjust for best appearance. Click OK in both windows and you should be back to normal. Enjoy!!
