How do I boot from CD or access the bios on a Sony Vaio VGN-FE790G?

When I boot up, the only option it gives me is F12 for a network boot. I've tried F8, but to no avail. Should I try F10? I just want to boot from CD. If I can't get to the boot menu, then how do I access the bios to change the boot order?
