how do I bencmark in quake3/unreal2k3/etc???

Just got my rig up, what are the commands to find the FPS in the following games:

quake3
max payne
unreal 2k3
unreal tourny

How do I operate prime95? THIs program is confusing, so I need to login to stress tess? HOw do I get the program to run for X amount of time? Thanx for helping out a noob.....

For UT2003 run Benchmark.exe in the \UT2003\System folder. Choose a resolution and you're off.

Goto www.fraps.com, and DL fraps. Run it, and it`ll show you the FPS in any game you have.
