How do I benchmark with RTCW?

Is it a demo like Quake's or sth that I can't see? I got the game in my hands 3 days ago....

Checkpoint-Timedemo für Return to Castle Wolfenstein

To run the Checkpoint demo or any other demo file, download it into the Wolfenstein demo folder. Enter into Multiplayer mode and press the tilde (~) key to lower the console. Type timedemo 1and hit enter, then type in demo ?filename? and hit enter ? the demo will automatically begin. Once it has completed, press the tilde key again for the frames per second (FPS) readout.

Download ---> checkpoint.dm_57

Remember to change the file extension number 57 to 58 if you have the latest Wolfenstein version. Otherwise, the demo will not play.
