how do i batch copy file details from my wma's to the actual file titles?

basically, i have a ton of wma's with all of the id3 (or equivalent, i'm not sure for them) tag info stored, but when they play on my muvo, i can't tell what the band is, only the file title (ie, the song title). without renaming each file manually, is there a way to copy the band name to each file title? tia.
