How do I backup my NT Server 4.0 onto another CD correctly?

Hey all:

My retail NT Server 4.0 CD is getting old and want to copy to a new CD.

The problem is...even though the retail CD is only 612MB..when I tried to copy to another CD..it asked for at least 750MB of space. :Q

How do I copy what on the retail CD onto the new CD without any change going on?

What are you using to copy the CD? Have you made an image on your HD and then tried to burn that image?
