How do I backup my NT Server 4.0 onto another CD correctly?

Hey all:

My retail NT Server 4.0 CD is getting old and want to copy to a new CD.

The problem is...even though the retail CD is only 612MB..when I tried to copy to another CD..it asked for at least 750MB of space. :Q

How do I copy what on the retail CD onto the new CD without any change going on?
