that program sucks imho. IF you use it to backup your oe stuff, then reformat, come back and try to reload it, you must use a different profile name.

For example, I sign into my Windows session with the ID of Tom. I backup using oebackup.. When i reload, I cant use the name Tom again if i want to reload my stuff. I have to use tommy, toms, toma, or something, but cant use Tom. It sucks.

To back up your folders, right click on them and get their properties. This'll tell you their pathnames and their file names.

To back up your contacts just export them (right click -> export) and then import them after reinstalling Windows.

Outlook stores your .pst files in a hidden folder inside your profile (assuming you're using 2K or XP)
C:\Documents and Settings\Profile\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook I believe is the default path. You can also find this path by going into Control Panel -> Mail -> Data File Path (or something like that - it's the 2nd button in mail if I remember correctly.)
