How do i back up my email and address book in Windows XP?

My motherboard is hosed! I have a new one coming in today. The problem is that it has a different chipset so I will probably have to do a reinstall. I can not boot into the old drive with Windows XP on it since the motherboard is gone. How do I locate and save all of my email and my address book? I have the drive plugged into this computer now so I have access to it. I do not know where the folders are located. Thanks!!!
