How do I back up my current BIOS before I flash with a new one?

Some flash utility software asks during the flash process if you want to back up the old bios software to floppy before the new bios upgrade is started. Or you can dowload whatever version of bios you have now onto a floppy incase you have problems and what to go back to your exisiting bios.

He is right just about all boards ask if you want to save the old bios when you upgrade, I never have, I just hit 2 but the last upgrade I wish I had saved the old bios
