How do I assign IRQs to a pci card???

how would i go about assigning an IRQ to be exclusive to a single pci card only... i don't want it sharing an IRQ with some other card (to reitterate)... and I don't want my BIOS to assign the IRQs either... I think I can change the BIOS assigning but want to know how to exactly do this in xp (I have somewhat of an idea how to... just wanna make sure)... I'm obviously using Windows XP Pro... any input would be welcomed... thanks
