How do I allow Netmeeting to work using Sygate Personal Firewall? (need help configuring the TCP and UDP)

Hi, I just notice that the problem that I couldn't do a video conferencing with netmeeting is because of my Sygate personal firewall. I read on this Microsoft that I need to open the port. Since I am really newbie with networking especially firewall, I can't get it to work. Can someone out there help me configure my Sygate personal firewall?
