How do I adjust Voltage?

I have it set to manual and in my advanced option in my bios it wont let me adjust the vcore. There arn't any jumpers that allow me to adjust the vcore cause I'm not using a slocket.

If i set it to jumperfree settings, I would then be able to adjust the vcore in my bios, but then a new question arises...

How do I overclock the computer.. cause In the bios it allows me to only overclock to 800.

I'd prefer staying away from programs that o/c and adjust voltage.

Would my best bet be to get an overclocking program, and set my mobo to jumperfree? Or is there a way to raise the vcore and fsb by fiddling with the bios and mobo.
