When you set up the client, select option 2, that you are an Existing user.

Enter the email address that you signed up with, and it will go onto your account, and all WUs processed will go towards your total :)

Just make sure you get permission from the owners of the machines, too :)

I've read that using SETIQ will also help if you are running more than one client on a network

The SetiQ will give you an nice interface that will help you monitor the other computers on your network and even other computers that are remotely located.

You can also use SetiWatch for monitoring computers on you LAN ... much easier. Each machine would have to stash their own cache of WUs. Still very easy to do with SetDriver or SetiHide.

thanks guys!

also... for the time it takes to crunch a work unit... does it average all the comp's cpu times?

like if it takes 5 hours on one and 2 hours on another... then would it show up as it taking 3.5 hours/ WU

thanks again...

On your SETI stats page everything will be averaged together. The various add-ons will show you an average for each computer, if that's what you want. SETIWatch works great for that.
