How do I add a game port on a newer MB?

I need to add an old style game port (like what was on old sound cards) to my MB but I don't want to have to use an old sound card. Is there a way to add just a game port? The reason is that I have 2 great Logitech joysticks that I love and they are both old style. I guess I could add an old sound card and then disable the sound part in device manager. Any other ideas?
