how do i add a context (right click) menu to all folders in XP?

I have a program that will create a pie chart for folders and sub-folders, but it requires the "%1" switch or for it to be located in the directory i want to use. I figured it'd be easier to throw it on a context menu defaulting it to the "%1" switch.

Any ideas? Using XP pro.
