How do I accurately see my video card's memory & engine clock settings?

I downloaded ATITool and it's telling me that my engine clock is 378 (which is pretty much what it should be, default speed is 380 according to specs on the box)

but-

it then says my memory clock is defaulted at 338 (which is crazy because it should be 680 according to the specs on the box. I have a 128 MB 9800 Pro - and in case this is important I have 768 MB PC-800 RDRAM.

The card was much faster than my last card (Ti4600) and doesn't seem to be stifled in any way - but after a friend was able to OC their 9800 Pro a good deal, I figured I'd use ATITTool to try and see how much I could OC mine..but then I saw those defaults and thought something must be wrong...maybe ATITTool is giving me an inaccurate info...?

If so, is there a more trusted way to see what my 9800 Pro's mem & engine speeds are set at?

Your card has DDR ram, so 340 X 2 = 680 .

ATITool is the best, IMO. Very simple to use. As the last post said, it is DDR memory, so multiply what you see by 2.

BTW. You can always look at this if you are not sure. but you will still have to double the ram frequency.
