How do I access Tweak UI from Windows XP???

Okay I just installed PowerToys for XP but I haven't figured out how to access the Tweak UI settings. I can't find it in the Control Panel (yes, I'm in Classic View.) Can anyone offer some pointers?

Try looking in the Start Menu, it put a folder for itself there, at least when I installed. And ask in the right forum, you know better man.
