How do I access the secondary video stream from the web?

Just installed a HD video cam and it's working great locally. But from the web it appears the resolution/ bitrate/ etc. needs to be lower. Is there a way to access the secondary stream rather than the primary when viewing from the web?

Thanks

This is the camera -

I want to access it via the Browser (Firefox).

Don't know what "streaming service" is (pardon my ignorance).

I can connect to the camera just fine but display windows says connecting and never shows the image. I'm pretty sure it's because the image quality is maxed out in the primary stream. I want to set the secondary stream to a lower quality and access it from the web rather than the high quality primary stream.

Thanks
