How would I be able to access my save files and my xbla games if I have an xbox 360 at home and one at school? Is there even a way?

Yep. Either the HDD or get a memory card to hold your profile and game saves.

You can't redownload the games you've purchased on a 2nd xbox?

I'm still a noobie w/ XBLA.

I know for PSN, whatever you purchase, you can download onto any PS3.

Yeah, you can redownload games on a 2nd xbox. You'll just need to be logged into the profile that you purchased them with on the 2nd xbox to fully open them.

MS ties XBLA games to the profile and 360 that they are downloaded on. You can play XBLA games on the 360 that they are downloaded on without being logged in to your profile. You can play XBLA games on any other 360 by being logged into your profile.
