I have a Linksys VOIP vonage router, its not working straight, the phones wont work etc, what is the adress to access it ?

Log to Linksys site click on support and look for the manual of your specific model.
 
usually the ip address is like 192.168.1.1 for most Linksys routers. Like JackMDS said check linksys website for your vonage router model, or go to the vonage website and look their for your model.
