How do astronauts stay "Master of their Domain" for so long?

They sometimes stay up there for months and sometimes for close to a year. I couldn't stay "Master of my Domain" for 1 week. How do they do it?

I was wondering what "Master of their domain" meant. I think I'm still wondering! Do you mean how do they control their libido? Or how do they not get all whacked out in the membrane?

If you were in close quarters and had no privacy you probably would sta master of your domain a little longer. Also, how would the keep from floating around when one hand was busy?
