How dirty is your desk?

I read an article in a magazine about a year ago when I was in my old office at STRATCOM. The article said that eating lunch at your desk isn't smart because since most people don't clean their desk, you are at a higher risk for disease. They said it's cleaner to eat in a restroom because its cleaned constantly. Now I don't know how true that is, but I will agree that my office and my desk are pretty gross. Gross enough that I'm going to bring some Clorox wipes with me to work tomorrow.

It's kind of bad. There are like pop/soda stains on the scanner, the computer, the monitor, the desk... there's dust in the corners. It's pretty nasty.

Is your guys' stuff as bad as mine?

It's clean...all that's on there is my LCD, speakers, keyboard/mouse, remote/IR receiver for HDTV tuner...that's it. Maybe just a little dusty, but not bad at all.

i sit on the floor, keyboard and mouse on a cardboard box, monitor on the floor too, and computer not in a case sitting on a shelf next to me...
the scary thing is... im not lying lol

I'm in an old building, stuff gets dusty disturbingly fast... it's "kinda dirty" as a result. I can only clean it every so often or else Id go nuts trying to keep it beloved patriot and span.

eh, this is an office desk that i use :/ i'm an intern so i got it from whoever had it before, and they didn't take care of it.

i don't need to "use a sock or something".
