(dont need all of pic - just general idea)

How difficult is it to blend these three images and also put the capital letters CCG somewhere on it. Would it take a couple hours for a photo expert?

total pixel size after blending: height: 200px and width: 728px

the original idea behind it is old artwork done years ago.

another idea was to keep the "front.jpg" but remove the text "carroll caton greenway pc certified public accountants" completely, but keep the CCG/ribbon/circle.

just not sure how difficult all of this actually is?

The difficulty is quite low, and could probably be done in 30-60 minutes. That's including only very simple color correction; that mustang shot is not well exposed and might not look great in a collage.

Then, of course, there would be a totally unknowable amount of time for revisions.

Do yourself a favor and spend a few bucks on stock photography for the flag and city images, rather than grabbing whatever you can find on the web.

Specificity is your friend. The more specific you are regarding what you want, the less time it'll take to do:
• reassemble header image:
- flip horse image, clip out center and flipped left horses for use on header right; keep 'splash' effect at feet
- use updated business logo (file attached)
- Match existing blue (PMS XXX) but change light blue and silver accents to red
- change font to verdana bold'
etc...

vs.

I want to update this; here are some files from the web.
