How difficult is it to replace a front bumper

So my front bumper is cracked up on my 01 ford Focus, nothing is hurt besides the plastic bumper itself. The shop wanted $550 to replace it, but on ebay or other online stores it seems I can get the entire front plastic bumper in the right color for around $200 shipped.

Anyone know how hard it is to put one of these on? Even if it takes a whole afternoon all that money would be wroth it.

Are you just going to replace the bumper skin? Do you have to replace anything underneath it?
I'm sure that just replacing that plastic skin would be pretty easy as long as you've got plenty of the clips that are needed.

I've removed and put it back on my mazda 6 in less than 20 mins. If no one here can help you w/specifics, just go to a Focus forum somewhere.

Yeah, I'm looking at focus forums right now. Seems like the best place to buy stock bumpers and stuff since everyone there is putting body kits on!
