How difficult is it to apply AS5 onto mosfets on DFI NF4 Ultra-D?

Even if it's a 1C difference it's worth it to me.. My pwm ic temps go upwards of 60-70C even with a 120mm fan on them.. I think there is bad contact or something.

How would I remove the heatsinks and reattach them?
