How did Holloween 2 end?

We were an hour or so early for our movie The Gamer, so we got in and watched Holloween II...we left right when they were at the barn, and Meyers had his sister...the cops surrounded the barn and were telling him to give it up.

What exactly happened after that?

Loomis sees whats going on when he sees a news report on TV.
Goes to barn instantaneously.
Goes in barn despite cops orders, saying that he owes Brackett and the victims at least that.
Laurie freaks out thinking a young Michael is holding her down (which she sees in her vision) despite nothing there.
Loomis tells her to stop acting like a jackass.
Michael kills him.
Brackett shoots Michael (he sees him through window)
As Michael is down, in a sitting position, Laurie calls him "brother" and rubs the face of mask.
She then stabs him numerous times.
Laurie comes out blood stained and in Michael's mask.
Laurie takes mask off and falls to ground.
Final shot of Laurie in white padded room.
Zoom of her face and has evil grin.
The end?

That's the gist of it. I missed a few points (maybe even some key ones) but does it matter? The movie sucked.

I forgot, Laurie stabs him with the knife he used a number of times after the whole "brother" thing.

By this point in the film I didn't care too much to focus on the details. Something stabs through him in the barn basically.

I still would not have paid to see it, wasn't that great. Horror/Thrillers are a joke imo, I can expect everything, I just can't dive into a movie like that, like a lot of normal movie goers can.

They make it seem like he's dead, but lives on through Laurie. If and what they decide to do with that (I know Rob stated he didnt want to do a 3rd one, but theres also talk of Halloween 3D which ignores the Zombie movies) I don't know.
