how did good charlotte ever manage to get a record deal

i mean come on, every song i hear from these one-hit-wonders-gone-apeshit is some whiney-ass shtick regurgitated from 1995 about how capitalism is the root of all evil and we should all be communists.

Uh..Dude..
don't you know it is the job of the record companies to turn a loads of worthless crap that last about 2 months, and the public just sucks it up and they wonder why the record sales have dropped? do you agree?

Hmm ... Let's ask Mr Bill Hicks about this one.

The musicians today ... Boy, do they suck! Ball-less, soulless, spiritless, corporate little bitches, suckers of Satan's cock, each and every one of them.

i dunno

aren't they a "Boy Band" ?

or not?

do they really sing? why are they on MTV 16 hours a day? does MTV own them?

it's because they fit the 'punk' sterotype (outward appearance) and all the 8 year olds love their pansy ass lyrics (and thus they think they are punk as well)

QUOTED! OWNAGE! 😀

My old work did their website and some other crap for them before they got famous and they played at local bars, etc... My boss was playing one of their cd's at work one time...my god the horror. Then when I saw these jokers on MTV, I almost sh!tted bricks... basically its just the whole twin angle. Proves anyone without talent can get lucky and make it big.

It's just the trend.

Do people like them because they are good, or do people like them because they are *told* that they should like them?
