How did Gainward get their ti 4200's out so fast?

It looks like by the time any other major video card maker ships their ti 4200's, the gainward cards will have been out for almost a month. I know that they haven't been out in huge quantities, but I haven't even seen or heard of anyone that has actually seen a card from another company. How did they do it? Were they just on the ball, have some special deal with nvidia to get the chips earlier, or are other manufactures doing something different. I'm glad they got their cards shipping, but it makes me wonder what is going on when almost every other card manufacturer takes a month or so longer.
