how decently would WinXP run on a 350Mhz machine?

We are upgrading some of the workstations at work over to WinXP Pro. How well do you thnk the OS would run on a 350MHz AMD K6-2 machine with 256meg of ram? These machines will be for standard business things with nothing to power-hungry.

Should I throw in some more ram to compensate for the slower CPU?

I'm running XP on my 266 MHz Pentium II Laptop - see rig link below

I've turned all the fancy visual effects off and it runs just dandy - just as fast if not faster than the Windows 98 install that I had before.

I have it on a 400MHz machine with 128M of RAM, and it runs fine. As above, just turn off most or all of the those annoying visual effects.
