I think he is trying to replicate a prison as much as possible.

I flagged it for Best of Craigslist.

? Heat ? Maintained at 21 degrees with lock box to prevent unauthorized tampering. Additional heating available for $20.00 per extra degree of heating per month. You may not use your oven to heat the apartment. If you do, you will be fined $50.00 per occurrence.

lol, if you want it to be 70 degrees in there, you have to pay an exra $1020 per month! lmao...

including everything else, this has to be a shens ad, that is why it keeps getting taken down!

My favorite part is that the lights turn on and off automatically at 5:30am and 11:30pm. LOL. I get visions of some really glaring ceiling spotlight.

I'm not sure why you would want to heat your apartment to 158 F. Sauna party anyone?

It wouldn't cost you anything extra for 70 degrees. I'm pretty sure they mean 21 degrees Celsius, which is just about 70 degrees Fahrenheit.

Since it's in Canada, my guess is that is in celsius.

Rule number one: No blasphemy. I'll not have the Lord's name taken in vain in my prison. The other rules....you'll figure out as you go along.
