I mean, I'm a lifelong Democrat and all that, but even a clear-thinking Republican would have to agree that Bush:

Tells the truth quite often
Has a set of principles that he lives by
Doesn't mess around on his "first lady"

I don't get it. Where are the qualifications?

Send this to P&N, please. I reside largely in OT to avoid flamewars like those that this will turn into.

Because our current form of government sucks. I don't think Gore or Bush should have been elected, they both suck.

Are you serious??? Dean and Clark are pretty cool, while bush is an arrogant flake who can't even speak, muchless run a country. To equate him to anything more than pond scum is turning the whole food chain upside down! :p

This belongs in p&n btw.

Hell if I care... atleast they won't have Asscroft as AG. My vote is going to whoever has the best shot against Bush.

i just wish that someone in the opposition comes out strong before too long. as it is now, everyone seems pretty split on the democratic side of things...if that remains true, bush is gonna stay right where he is

by putting elected in quotes you've demonstrated you don't know the meaning of the term.

Hey, one of my own.
How's it going man.
Good to see you.
I was feeling kinda lonely with all these damn liberals around.

I actually hope Dean gets the nomination since there is no way in hell he will ever get elected. Sorry guys, but nobody that far left and far from reality, will ever get elected president, thank god. Hell, you might as well just nominate Michael Moore. At least he's kinda funny.
Documentary? OMG, LOLOLOL, that's a good joke.

Not necessarily, he's disappointed quite a few republicans too. Myself I side with the repubs on some issues, the dems on others, but can't stand bush or his administration.

I think things went downhill quickly when colin powell decided against running in 2000. He would have handled everything much differently, much better imo. He's a loyal employee towing bush's line so he often is shown in unfavorable light, but personally I don't question his integrity.
