how come when I try to flash my epox 8k7a bios using the alt-f2 method it just hangs?

Do you do it when it asks? You hafta hit alt+f2 at the same time, and only hit it once. It may take a few tries. It should go to the floppy and begin the flash procedure. I used it this method, has never failed. although it takes a few tries timing it.
