How come this video is so pixelated?

The original footate looks great (uncompressed AVI) but the quicktime looks terrible...I HAVE to use quicktime so maybe I can try another compressor.. Any suggestions? I'm using Discreet Cleaner right now.

Can't you just encode it in MPEG?

I'm sure both WMP and Quicktime can read MPEG equally well...

I think it was encoded using sorensen 3
