I would suspect the inplants inflating seperating the skin, fat, and muscle away from the womans body would hurt like a mother. The sounds of all this crackling, poping and screams from the woman would make me loose the mood. Not to mention the internal bleeding that later would look like someone took a baseball bat to her chest area wouldnt look to attrative either.
