How come there's no Quick Reply button?

That arrow's not showing up here.
The Quick Reply box is at the bottom, but no button.

Interesting - it shows up in IE, but not in Firefox. It doesn't even show up in the page source in Firefox.
 
that's because fusetalk is detecting the browser and giving different code for IE and everyone else. A forum member gave them code that works the same for other browsers quite a while ago, but they haven't implemented it.
