How come there isn't more than one human being with Spiderman's abilities?

I do believe he swatted and killed it back in the comics and cartoon.

OP FAIL. How many spiders even bite a single person? They never implied that the radioactive spider had some super abilities + aggression and was seeking humans to bite on a murderous rampage.

Since when do spiders have the psychic ability to detect imminent danger?

I think the spidey sense is modelled after insect's and arachnid's ability to detect motion. Many such "bugs" have sesitive hairs all over their body that allow them to detect even the smallest change in air pressure caused by the movement of a nearby object. To the casual observer this looks like a sixth sense. Try sneaking your hand up to the back of a bug, more often than not they will run away even though they didn't see you.

I am still waiting for spiderman to have the ability to bite someone and dissolve them from the inside out.

The faulty logic in your argument lies with the preposition that there is ONE human being with Spiderman's abilities. You clod.

Not in the movie. It fell to the ground and ran away.

It found human to be of bad taste and swore off human flesh?

You only know of one since Peter Parker takes pictures of that one. The others just do the work w/o anyone noticing.
