How come one Quizno place tastes better than another

So I am eating a Quzino classic club with bacon right now. I find it tastes different from the ones I get from the quzino near my home. I like those better. I don't think they are using the same ingredients. This place is run by several indians. They didn't ask what kind of bread and cheese I want, They just used white bread and american cheese. By the time I found out, it's too late. You would think all quiznos would use the same ingredients and operate the same way.

Yeah, could be a lack of training and/or crappy QC.

edit: I don't really like the Quizno's around here, there's too much sauce and you can't taste the coldcuts. I'd rather have Atlanta Bread Company or make a sandwich myself.

could you please whine some more please, jesus. what is this? whine about your worthless life forums?

maybe your sandwich with white bread and american cheese tastes better than what you usually ask for?

I usually get wheat bread and swiss cheese. It tastes great toasted. At another place, they alway ask what kind of bread, cheese I want. Do I want onion, lettuce, olive, etc. This place just start making your sandwish without asking anything. They're busier though with more people coming from work. probably that's why.

The one by me is packed around lunch time and they always ask you what you want on the sandwich.

I guess now you'll just cross off that Quizno's from your list of lunch places.

There are 2 Quizno's restraunts near where I live. One is awesome, clean, and friendly. The other one is the Wal-Mart of Quizno's. Its dirty, smells like sh!t, and everyone is rude.

Are they independently owned like subway or company wholly-owned like McDonald? I am guessing the former. Thus the inconsistence in quality.

Well the whole idea behind a chain is that the product should taste the same no matter were you but it. That being said I think Quizno's has issues in this area. I've had the same problem. The one near were I work makes awesome sandwitches were as the one near where I live sucks donkeys ass.

quiznos is independtly owned. my friends family has two quiznos.

even if its wholly owned, theres a wide variation of food quality at each store. the training of the employees matter a whole lot. its also about whether or not they use fresh ingredients.

Subway, McDonald's, and Quizno's are franchise-owned.

Subway, yes, completely franchised except for 1 store for training purposes (I think it's still only one store). McDonalds has a very large number of corporate owned stores...not sure on breakdown between franchise and corporate owned. Same thing with Quiznos...I'm sure there is at least one corporate owned one.

In short, not all fast food places are completely franchised.

Nope. McD's is franchise. I think they command a lot of money for them, too. Way more than a $200K Quiznos franchise.

There used to be a Quiznos near me run by Pakistani people. They would always speak Pakistani to one another while you were there, right in front of you. And they would always have a family member sitting out in the restaurant that they would talk to. Sooooo annoying and disrespectful. And their food wasn't very good. Anyways, a week after 9/11 they closed. So I guess they were terrorists.

Anyways, a new guy who's a lifelong resident of Colleyville took over, and it's awsome now. He's a great guy.
