There are some pretty big kickers out there that still can't tackle a lick. S-Bass for example goes about 260 but still can't tackle. Your average kicker is generally about the same size as your safeties and CBs..

Anybody who believes pitchers should be top hitters just flat out doesn't know baseball. There has only been one player in all of mlb history that was a top pitcher and a powerful slugger. One player. All of MLB history. Pitching and hitting are skills that require too different of a training program for a someone to master both. Anyone who disagrees just doesn't know baseball. Why do you think half the league voted to not have any pitcher ever bat?

Seeing the responses, two companion threads need to be created along side this one: (1) How come NL pitchers can make the best hitters swing like pvsies on nasty pitches? and (2) How come you guys all would swing like worse pvsies when facing 95mph fastballs and 90mph hard sliders that could be aimed at your head?

Did you ever try catching for someone who's throwing over 80? That shit can seriously mess up your wrist if you don't have the right technique.
