How come my computer isn't remembering any PW's for sites?

Every time I log in somewhere and then click a link I have to enter all my info again? It's been doing this lately- and i JUST formatted.


Example: Msnbc.com wants me to enter my zip / stock symbols. I enter them and click "go" but it just refreshes the page and shows me the little window to enter the info again- with none showing on the main page that i entered them before 🙁


This is confusing the crap out of me.
 
Did you log into your windows log-in thing? When my family boots the PC they just hit cancel and I get the same situation.
