How come 8 wont fit onto 11?

I've got a 32gb memstick/flashdrive with 11.6gb free!

I'm trying to move a concert video to that memstick that is 7.92gb to the drive and I'm getting and error message the video is too big!

I have screen shots but i guess attachments are disabled?

I defragged the memstick and still no luck!

any suggestions?​

Find out what format the flash drive is formatted as. If it's FAT32 you are limited to files no bigger than 4GB.
