How close to ground zero are people in buildings now?

I was just wondering if people have been able to return working to any of the buildings near the World Trade Center, or is that whole area of Lower Manhattan still closed off?
I'm unfamiliar with the area, and am just wondering how far away buildings were damaged, and if they're able to be occupied yet?

I think businesses as close as two blocks are open. Last time I was there,(a week or so ago) broadway stores where open.

They reopened One Liberty Plaza, a building that was at one time believed to be at risk of collapsing.

Really? Wow, that's closer than I thought!
The WTC facing half of the building is probably gonna be shut down for quite a bit yet, no? There had to have been damage that's going to take a long time to get up there and repair.
