How close are you with your best friend?

So my roomate's best friend comes down for the weekend, they are both very much guy's guys. As in tshirt wearing, beer drinking, women loving kinda guys.

However we observed some interesting things. They were getting ready to go out, so one had a shower while the other was on the can/shaving.

We've found them spooning in the morning a few times.

So is this normal? Are you guys this close with your best friend?


Edit: I don't think he's gay. He has a (hot) gf. And as I said, he's very much a guy's guy. Always going to the bar trying to pick up. None of the stereotypical gay qualities.
 
They want you to think they are straight...but obviously are not.
I've never heard of friends that tight...hell i haven't heard of many relationships where guy takes a crap while chick is in the shower!! 😛

nah- I'd add the half hug/chest bump type thing when a GOOD friend is moving away/getting married etc. No full out hug and sure as hell no spooning.
 
I think it's safe to assume that they were both suffering from hypothermia and were only trying to use the most effective way of raising their body temperatures... by spooning, probably whilst naked.

They were asleep. One time we think was just a joke, but other's were in the morning after a night of partying. We is, myself and/or my other roomate(s).
