How cheap are you?

I caught myself adding water to the empty shampoo bottle and using it to get just one more shampoo before throwing it out....got me thinking - how tight are others with their money?

not really cheap at all.

I've thrown out half-empty bottles of shampoo before because I wanted to start using a different brand.

i do that with the shampoo too, but not because i'm cheap, but because i don't feel like stepping out of the shower and getting the floor all wet while i find a new bottle.

I've also washed and re-used plastic silverware...

--Asked for more dipping sauces AFTER I've paid for the food (they usually don't bother to charge you for the extra sauces)...

--Use my finger to get the extra solid deodorant out when I'm almost out and it's below the plastic "holder"

Mostly it depends on my mood. Sometimes I just like to see how far I can push it....

thats a good idea that...its not cheap its being efficient

I do water to all my shampoo, and household cleaners, they can all last a little longer with water... also I change my own oil, I use 1-ply TP, and I have washed styrofoam plates before 🙂 and plastic cups

I make my own lunch (sandwich), sometimes, instead of eating out.

i split the 2-ply into 2 rolls

You'll just use more TP that way.

you feeling okay today? no rude or sarcastic comments in this post. we are starting to worry about you, baked.

btw, im too paranoid to take risks with my tp. fold and fold the 2-ply again.

i do the same thing but not because i am cheap. it's because i don't want to waste things. i mean if i am in the shower already, it's not hard to get some water in that shampoo bottle

Who doesen't add some water to the shampoo bottle when it's almost out?

Unless there's a full bottle sitting next to it, either you do that or you don't wash your hair....

Or you stumble around the bathroom sopping wet looking for the new bottle.

people with the foresight to think, days before it runs out, "oh, my shampoo bottle is almost empty. I should buy a new one and leave it near the shower." 😉
