how can you transfer contacts from Windows 7.5 to android 4.2.2

Like the title states im trying to import contacts from windows to android. Im pretty sure that outlook has all my contacts info stored. So besides going one by one is there an easier way

First, you should be able to just add the MS account to the Android phone, sync mail/contacts/calendar.

Also, go to Contacts on Outlook.com and under Manage you will find Export. Gmail should be able to import those that way.

thank you...once i added my hotmail account everything synced automatically.
