How can you tell is someone is banned on ATOT?

Some people I used to regularly see have been quiet and their profiles don't show their activity.

I'm wondering if the accts are inactive or they are just banned.

I wouldn't assume that they're banned, I think they just got real lives or got tired of ATOT (yes it's possible).
